"NinjaOne has made managing our fleet of computers extremely easy"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like being able to see the state of all of oure computers in one dashboard. I also love being able to instantly start a remote session without any help from the user. The ability to start a remote console session is also extremely useful and has helped me out on more than one occasion. I also like the way the policies are structured and allow me to apply specific settings for the type of computer and the organization it is in. ...

"Breath of fresh air compared to others"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The interface, support and policies. The interface is consistent. The support is responsive The policies inheritance is excellent. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Not so much a dislike. More of a this "needs more work". Reporting. I'd really like to see more custom reporting abilities that are similar to the reporting in HaloPSA, which allows custom SQL to be written to get at all the data. What problems is ...

"Fantastic Product That Listens To Customers"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We love the product that implements ideas that we have into the system. When we wanted certain features such as install a product, or have certain reporting measures, they were coming out with that either in a few weeks or months or already had it. The support staff is excellent and willing to help all the time even if it's a simple answer. Patch management compliance is a great feature we love to look at as a daily reporting. ...

"Reliable, constantly improving RMM platform"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The development team has done a great job at introducing new features while keeping a simple and responsive UI. I've never felt like a new feature was cumbersome to implement. It has been perfect for our shop to go from no RMM to something that quickly helped reduce workloads and improve service to our clients. The scripting engine works very consistently and allows us to automate innumerable tasks. What do you dislike about NinjaOne ...

"NinjaOne has been a big help."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We're a new customer but it was quite easy to get started and manage the basics, we are geographically spread out and this will be a big help for us. We have no experience with competitor products and so far that hasn't been a barrier. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I'd appreciate more official help with some of the Powershell issues and diagnosing what could be done to get them working easier. Getting my ...

"NinjaOne does exactly what my organization needs it to do"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We absolutely love how all our RMM tools are in one place. My IT team and I love having command and control without getting lost in a convoluted mess of doodads and whatnots. NinjaOne is easy to use and offers enough custom-tailored features that meet our demands. Integrating was as easy as a push of a button on our end. Our organization's infrastructure has improved 10-fold since implementing it. Our account manager is also easy to ...

"Ticks all the boxes"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I tested many differnt RMM platforms and Ninja RMM ticked all the boxes. It was easy to setup and very intutive. We have been using it for a few years now and it just gets better. It has reduced our management of PC to almost nothing. While give us an online central place to monitor and remotely access each PC. We love it, the team has also been very helpfull and never pushy about upgrading etc. We use it every day. What do you ...

"Awesome Software!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The fact that it handles Windows Updates and Application Updates (on a schedule no less). What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Before I was bummed that it didn't work with our AV solution, but now it does. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? It lets me deal with keeping endpoints up to date with ease (Microsoft, Adobe, Google, etc). It lets me keep tabs on endpoint ...

"NinjaOne makes management of complex computer environments a breeze."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? After customizing the alerts to how we like it, we are instantly aware of anything that needs our attention. Deploying NinjaOne is a breeze and makes it easy to roll out in a large environment. Well integrated remote support tools make it easy to provide support to users and to manage ...
