"Remote management platform and so much more."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It is effortless to use, and the onboarding process was a breeze. I also like replacing three other programs I was using to do the same things this one platform can do. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Honestly, at this point, I really can't find anything in the platform that I don't like. Recommendations to others considering NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM): If you are interested, do the demo, you will be glad ...

"So much functionality in an extremely user-friendly interface!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? You can run powershell commands as the logged in user! Clickable dashboard and a consistant update schedule and a remarkable uptime. This company is phenominal. Our Account Manager (Sam) is fantastic as well!! What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I would like to see more support for Linux devices and their patching control could use some work, such as more control and being able to hide the Updates menu. What ...

"Ninja over CW any day!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja is a gret out of the box product, meaning we didn't have a TON of configuration to do before we could start benefiting from the RMM monitoring and automation. Patch Management is waaay easier with Ninja than our previous experiences and I love that it does 3rd party app updates too. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? So, you can go into the application inventory and find an app and remove it from there, but ...

"Superior to Special K"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Not controlled by outside sources that are only focused on making money. "Great Online Backup Solution and Service"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Once NinjaOne is setup, there is no worry as to whether it is doing the job. Installing the software was a little tedious but it gave us exactly what we needed after using customer supports advice on setup. Also, their customer support is by far one of the best aspects of their software too. When I have questions or an issue and need help, the return contact is very fast, friendly and helpful. We have around 50 devices being backed ...

"Simply Awesome"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The ticketing and system monitoring is so easy to use and read in comparison to other products like it that I have used previously. Automation and scripts work fast and the policy system is super easy to understand. I definitely get my use out of it everyday and I also appreciate how approachable the support staff are for asking for help with certain features. Ninjaone also makes it really easy to see what has been updated with ...

"Everything we need in one place!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne has made it easy for me to come into an organization that previously had no IT department, and streamline everything I needed to ensure I was able to fully support the organization in a completely remote environment. The integration was easy, their customer support is top notch, and the features they have are more than needed! I use this daily to support my organization, it is so simple to do what needs to be done. What do ...
