The interface is simple to navigate, the scripting and patching process works well and having backup and Teamviewer built in allows us to accomplish our needs without requiring multiple tools. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? the simplicity of running custom powershell scripts on demand, scheduled, bundled as part of a policy, etc., are fantastic. I haven't fully dived into EVERYTHING it has to offer, though I'm using Ninja Ticketing, integration with a separately purchased CW Control license (which I'll be letting expire due to NinjaOne's FREE integration with TeamViewer, Splashtop, and their built-in Ninja Remote for manual control). "NinjaOne - IT Team scalablity and performance at a great price"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne has allowed us to scale a very small IT team to cover an international user base with no increase in headcount. It gives us visibility into and control over our IT infrastructure that we never had before without needing a team just to manage the software/deployment.
