"NinjaOne - A great endpoint management service"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne helps me manage, monitor, and control everything that goes on with my endpoint devices. It provides insight into endpoints without getting up and walking around the office all day. NinjaOne saves time for my system administrator, as well as myself. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? So far, we have liked everything that has been offered with NinjaOne. I wish NinjaOne included the endpoint backup solution ...

"Most helpful Tool in IT"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Things just make sense. If I want to run a script on a machine, I just go to the machine and select the script I want to run. It's rare to find a tool that is so intuitive and helpful. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I'd like to see even more out-of-the-box app installs available. There is also a few-day delay between a release of an update for application and when NinjaOne releases it to their ...

"Amazing simple, and keeps RMM a RMM Only"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne is an amazing product, it truly keeps its focus on being an RMM and a great one at that. They have made so many advances in the last 3-4 years but not lost their focus on keeping the interface light, easy to navigate, and keeping the core functionality. We've been overly impressed by the focus on MFA and security compared to other products on the market and the integrations between their product and other mainstream PSA's ...

What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Not 100% sure. I just joined a month ago and we don't go live until January 1st. That being said, I ...
