"A Must have for remote offices"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne has made managing remote staff and devices so much easier for us. The step by step instructions and the Ninja 'Dojo' community made it very easy to roll out. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I don't have anything negative to say, I think that it works really ...

"Best decision we could have made"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninjaone gives us team an easy to use tool to do our day to day business. With other (outdated) tools it took a long learning curve for our techs to understeand the RMM tool and have a benefit. Because of this sometimes we missed out on oppertunity's to automate things we wanted to do and save time in our install base. Also if we noticed an improvement in for example a monitoring item we would put it on a todolist to improve it ...
