"Inexpensive but deep RMM management for your workforce"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Very easy to set up. Initial setup is quick and the dashboard is pretty clear at a glance what you need to do/things to look at. From there you can make it pretty complex with different structures of running scripts against the devices, setting up schedules and the like. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Checking the status of our devices. Push commands through Powershell or CMD. Several personal scripts made to push towards groups or certain locations. So much development. I now avoid moving around too much with 4 buildings. "Great partners for busy business."
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I really enjoy working with a vendor that feels like an extension of my team. My account manager is super responsive and gets things done without needing to follow up on him. CT keeps his word and is friendly. All the staff I have met seem concerned and want to help. The navigation of NinjaOne could be improved by working the left side. Maybe allow the customer choose the layout.
