"Great product!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Great UI. Agents dont break randomly like other RMMs. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Overall NinjaOne is a great product and I don't have complaints. To be Nit-picky: Ninja remote's copy and paste features need some work. Can't copy and paste from an agent pc to your pc unless going to desktop. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Patch management works great ...

I can not think about it, but I think it will be better if you add the log management feature. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? "Reliable, Feature-Packed, and Exceptional Support: A Standout Software - NinjaOne"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I have had the pleasure of using NinjaOne, and I must say it's an outstanding software platform that lives up to its promises. From its reliability to the abundance of features, coupled with top-notch customer support, NinjaOne has proven itself to be an invaluable tool for my needs. "Good product, Great Support"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We all want a product that works well and has great support. NinjaOne meets and exceeds that benchmark. Ninja has an easy to use, well laid out user interface with plenty of options to meet varying needs in the RMM market. NinjaOne is easy enough to implement that walking an end user through the process is relatively easy. When things don't work as expected the support team is exceptional. They take the time to understand your ...

"Simplistic but powerful platform"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The ease of use is what stands out. We've used other RMM platforms before and this is by far our favorite. Customer support has been responsive and accurately helpful throughout onboarding and day to day use. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The only slight negative would be the fact that reporting could be better. It's better than our previous RMM platform but there could be room for improvement. What problems ...

"NinjaOne is great for computer management and software asset tracking"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja allowed me to inventory my devices more accurately and replace my legacy Spiceworks managment finaly. All of the automations and scheduling of reboots is a cherry on top. An additonal cherry on top is the remote desktop functionality which will soon replace another legacy app we use internally and another app we use for remote workers. I guess the sprinkles on top would be the ability to control bitlocker on our devices. What ...

"NinjaOne is a wonderful breath of fresh air after years of using Connectwise Automate."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Its ease of use, and large amount of modern features. Tasks that used to take us hours (or sometimes days) to figure out in Automate can now be done in minutes. I have also found the Dojo extremely useful when troubleshooting new features. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There are very few downsides to using NinjaOne in comparison to Connectwise Automate. Automate did have a few extra features with its ...

"NinjaOne makes my life simple"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Intuitive, reliable, and easy to implement. Patch management is great. Reporting just got better. Customer support is great. Great integrations. Product is steadily being improved based off of customer feedback. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I would prefer if devices were billed based on activity within a billing period. Auditing and cleaning up offline devices while still being billed for them is not the ...

"Best RMM for MSPs"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love the ability to mass instal software via NinjaOne, and create and my own custom scripts What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The fact that there isn't a backstage mode that allows a tech to work on the computer without bothering the user is kind of a let down. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Identify, evaluate, and deploy patches automatically to improve ...
