Great tool to get in touch with all your contacts

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With Nimble I am allowed to combine CRM with my social networks so I can better engage and manage relationships that are developing inside the networks. Thanks to this platform I can find my contacts and add them to my CRM, tagging them, or update information about them by using the Live Profile sidebar. What do you like best? The ability to create a record with plenty of information when we find someone on a social media channel like LinkedIn or Twitter. What do you dislike? Very little. The only CRM I have been happy to pay for, ever

What do you like best? Nimble saves time. You can add people and companies to Nimble without any typing by using its widget when you are either browsing or in your email system. I haven't come across that in any other system. It quickly builds social profiles around your contacts saving you having to do the research. What do you like best? As a small business owner, having social media populate fields is extremely helpful. But what I love most, that I don't see anyone else writing about on here is the DEALS Section. We've created a customized pipeline that tracks where my team is at on any one client. Very pleased with Nimble's intuitiveness

What do you like best? It's simple and helps me keep track of status and progress on my projects. I use Nimble and its new LinkedIn Integration for researching and prospecting contacts for social selling. The new bi-directional sync with Google Apps has greatly improved the products usefullness. Nimble: A CRM makes my online activity more productive

What do you like best? The new Group Email and Email Tracking are fantastic. I can now select a group of contacts and send them a "persoanlised" email direct from Nimble. This is NOT using a 3rd party like MailChimp. The great thing is it tracks who opens it and who clicks on the links. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Nimble collects a lead or customer profiles from other social networks such as Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook and others.
