I was looking for a simple to use, low cost CRM platform and Nimble ticks all the boxes.

What do you like best? Easy to use, configurable and intuitive without unnecessary feature overhead. What do you dislike? Doesn't integrate with Apple mail or calendar. Would also like an integration to Lusha. Some of the fields or attributes are not easily sortable. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're using Outlook/Exchange or Gmail it is seamless, other mail and calendar (eg Apple) systems get a little clunky. I researched and tried many CRM's and came back to Nimble.

What do you like best? For me, it is the best combination of intuitive and affordable. What do you dislike? Like any other product, changes made to features require learning anew. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love email tracking to see when and how many times emails have been opened. Group messaging is seamless. Having a record of my past interactions with my contacts is invaluable.

What do you like best? I love the morning e-mails which give me the contact information of the day. It is very helpful to have the ability to look at social media and company emails stored on every account. This could significantly decrease the quantity of info you have to enter. What do you like best? What I like about Nimble is the fact that customer management is always monitored and imported easily, with integrations such as Gmail and LinkedIn being easily accessible in minutes. Why Nimble holds me straight and narrow, and how powerful

What do you like best? I enjoy Nimble, it's a wonderful platform because you have specific features, it's very flexible with different email addresses, that's really useful so you can link companies and individuals through a common portal and use it as a messaging and calendar dashboard device. A CRM that keeps everything in order

What do you like best? I've worked with other CRM software that mostly managed emails, but Nimble does an excellent job at allowing complex email campaign management along with sales support and collaboration efforts for multiple associates.
