LOVE how easy to use Nimble is!

What do you like best? I love that Nimble is easy to use. I actually found it by doing some research for a client what needed a good CRM. They are a PR firm so the social media aspect of Nimble was attractive, and they found it very simple to use. After showing them how to use it and loading it up for them, I found I liked it much more than what I was using so I switched! I have recommended it to everyone I know! What do you dislike? What do you like best? I am in Automotive Sales and I was looking for a simple "Social" CRM to use in conjunction with the CRM that we use at the dealership. With the "group message" function, you can select a segment of the database according to the labels and other filters, and then send a personalized message to the group (similar to a simple Mailchimp). What do you like best? Nimble has been relatively easy to learn. The tutorials are helpful. When I have reached out to the service team for help, their response has been quick. What do you dislike?
