What do you like best? Cloud storage and management of evidentiary documents. What do you dislike? Software design is mediocre, and based on assumptions about user needs and preferences that in my case are just wrong. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "Business problems": Efficient and easy document analysis, organization and notation. "Benefits": pretty much limited to benefits associated with cloud storage vs. on-site storage.

What do you like best? The availability of a great number of records. What do you dislike? Inability to sort and organize effectively. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being used for compiling exhibits for hearing.

Good customer service, not user friendly

What do you like best? The customer service representatives at NextPoint are very responsive and are great at responding to any issues no matter how big or small. What do you dislike? The user interface is not at all intuitive - there are many steps that need to take place for almost every process. A lot of small issues with the layout of pages as well, lots of scrolling up and down the pages to make changes, not a lot of ways to customize things for my needs. Recommendations to others ...

"Easy User Platform"

What do you like best about Nextpoint? I liked being able to bulk code. Often there are documents that are not relevant to the project but take up a huge part of the folders. I appreciate being able to code those documents and move on without additional resources taking up time going through those documents. Another good aspect of Nextpoint is the customer focus approach. "Zoom changed how I do depositions and Nextpoint changed how I do Discovery."

What do you like best about Nextpoint? Nextpoint allows me to gather all discovery and organize it in the manner needed to prepare for trial. Its an all in one from review, bates, marking documents privileged or confidential and highlighting or redacting. Preparing for depos is much easier and even adding documents on the fly during a depo is possible with nextpoint. What do you dislike about Nextpoint? "Great Analytics and very user friendly online review software with customizable folders!"

What do you like best about Nextpoint? Nextpoint has very good analytics and is a very user friendly online review software than others I have worked with. Can customizes and group documents into easily viewable folders for keyword search results, user review groups, and document productions. Has nice data import/overlay field mapping interface too. What do you like best about Nextpoint? In my view, NextPoint's biggest strength is that it's user-friendly and intuitive, even for less technologically savvy users. What do you like best about Nextpoint? Very user friendly and intuitive! I love that I can search just like in Google and limit my searches to certain file types What do you dislike about Nextpoint? I wish it had a feature where I could group certain highlighted documents What problems is Nextpoint solving and how is that benefiting you? "Very intuitive and great customer service"

What do you like best about Nextpoint? The software is very intuitive and easy to use. It does a great job with native files, especially emails (extracting the metadata and converting the emails to PDF without inserting weird characters for apostrophes or other common marks).
