What do you like best about NextGen Healthcare EHR? It is mostly easy to navigate. I can get where I need to go efficiently. What do you dislike about NextGen Healthcare EHR? Some fields are required when they should not be. The payment and non-claim and backdating payments are confusing. It has got our needs covered
PROS: From seamless clinical workflow, dedicated account care, charting capabilities, automated registry reporting, to financial services and many more, NextGen provides a wide range of tools essential in the health care industry making it a product with great value. It even allows users to get more from it by integrating the software with other products. CONS: Information display is not well organized. Templates are quite unwieldy.

What do you like best about NextGen Healthcare EHR? I love the Success Community that Nextgen offers. Should you have a problem, you can log in to your account and post questions/issues you may be having in the program. You can also make suggestions for improvements to the software. What do you dislike about NextGen Healthcare EHR? I dislike the fact that when you cancel an appointment for a patient, it seems like it’s not shown on the provider side. NextGen Healthcare is one of the most excellent EHR tools I’ve ever used!
PROS: The software is cloud-based which means the security is better and more reliable, the files are accessible anytime and anywhere, and it’s easy to retrieve medical files in case the need for it arise. I also like the free demonstration end-users receives before buying the product. It’s very helpful in getting started with the system.
