In this dynamic world, NetHelpDesk has always evolved to fit into the ever changing business environment. The application can be used to support any operational unit of an organization. Service Desk, Logistics, Sales management the list is endless.The support for the app is awesome, with the team giving a listening ear to issues and suggestions which are subsequently used to improve he product. It has my highest recommendation

With NetHelpDesk I have improved my incident response time

What do you like best? NetHelpDesk is cloud based, so the website is completely fresh and with a very smooth synchronization. The user interface is easy to use and configuring it is very simple, so you can customize it to your liking. Looking for tool to track productivity.

What do you like best? Halo allows for transparency and is a manager or supervisors friend! I am able to hold agents accountable for their actions as I can see everything that is being done throughout the day per team, per agent, etc. What do you dislike? I thought the reporting would be more specific to what we need and ready to go. What do you like best? What I like most about NetHelpDesk is that their installation, configuration and implementation are really easy to carry out, especially because they have a customer service that answers any question.
