"Easy to figure out, if new to marketing automation."
What do you like best about Net-Results? Responsiveness of support and willingness to listen to feedback. What do you dislike about Net-Results? Lack of flexibility in features. What do you like best about Net-Results? Fast, easy setup/implementation got us going very quickly. This combined with their very helpful and responsive customer support has enabled an inexperienced team to mount effective campaigns in a short period of time. What do you dislike about Net-Results? "Great Product and Getting Better Backed By Great Support"
What do you like best about Net-Results? Very customizable. We use a very complicated CRM that was built in-house. We worked with Net-Results to integrate our CRM with Net-Results. This required some development on Net-Results end. We agreed they would have it done within a month and they got it done a week early! Support is excellent and receptive. Constant new releases. What do you like best about Net-Results? Ease of use and excellent customer service. If our marketing team experiences a pain point, we get a valid solution from the support team with 24 hours. What do you dislike about Net-Results? The product needs better testing. You have to couple it with Email on Acid to ensure campaigns look the same across all email clients. What do you like best about Net-Results? The price. It is a great value for the functionality it delivers. What do you dislike about Net-Results? Can't send individual emails that will track links clicked by recipient unless a template is created. too much trouble for individual emails. What problems is Net-Results solving and how is that benefiting you? Automation and tracking of one-to-many emails.
