I had a problem opening a PC version of Accountright. Kate, MYOB consultant directed me to a hot fix which hopefully will work. Kate was very clear in her instructions, she was patient and made working out the problem less stressful.

had a frozen backup with online file…
had a frozen backup with online file which stopped logging back on. explained problem via chat. tech fixed problem quickly and kept in touch with me during process and we both knew what was expected all the way through. was a quick resolution and v. happy with process

Using Chat to help me with Team MYOB
I used Chat today to help me with my Team MYOB matter. Being a first time user of Team MYOB it was much easier to use the Chat option and deal with my questions first hand. I would use Chat over anything else every time. Thanks MYOB for making this option available.

I had a tricky technical question
I had a tricky technical question. The agents were skilled to managed expectation. Although I got passed around to different agents. Each time it got closer to the root cause. I am grateful for MYOB's team effort, professional as well as know how from the product specialist.

Khanyisile did a very good customer service and answered the question which I could not find out from webs quickly from Myob Chat. I suggest the users of MYOB, chat online from Myob Chat if you could not find out the answers from webs.

Inventory Query
I wanted an explanation why the inventory package was not as it looks on the help. This is due to having MYOB AccountRight Basic version installed. I was advised of this and the cost of upgrading to the Standard version and offered a 15% discount as I work with a NFP organisation
