Bank feeds not clearing…

My client was unable to clear her bank feed. I contact MYOB and the problem was quickly fixed by manually entering a spend money with a higher reference number then matching it on the bank feed. Problem is now fixed and my client is happy and so am I.

Good response to technical problem

I have a rather complex technical issue with uploading super files and the chat line was helpful, patient and has set out a process to get it sorted. That is good service and support.
