Relatively happy with the Live Chat
Relatively happy with the Live Chat, particularly as there wasn't an option for call back on the Partner phone line but I was given an explanation for this. My 2 issues were addressed, 1 resolved, the other not but I was given a Case Number so hopefully it will be addressed & resolved soon. Not sure why I have to now go through Facebook or google

New way of closing a PAYROLL YEAR
After using MYOB for many years I couldn't find how to close a PAYROLL YEAR. I jumped on live chat and within a couple of minutes they sent me a link that gave me ALL the information I could possibly need to close my Payroll Year.Easy and effortless

Emma made our cancellation of MYOB seamless.
Used the LiveChat option & Emma was extremely helpful & friendly. Cancellation of our MYOB account was seamless & just await an email confirmation that our instructions have been completed.

Activating company file
I had a problem with activating my MYOB company file today. I tried activating it on line but keep getting the same error message. When i contacted the MYOB help team this person was polite, patience and very helpful today. I would suggest to anyone out there to contact them if you have similar or other difficulties with your software as well.
