The product was not that good to start off with but usable, after the "upgrade" it is all shambles. Just found out from my clients that my GST number has been removed from my invoices! very embarrassing. The support page is a joke!! I had to add it in the comment section of my Invoice and it looks like a mess.

MYOB Very Greedy always pay $$$$$$$$ I have been a MYOB customer for over 19 years I retired 5 years ago. I want to open an old data files on my own program to open it I have been unable to as they have change to system, but if I pay I money can recover the files. I want to open an old data files but need new program to open it $$$$$$$ So much for having history for 7 Years if cannot open it.

We have two companies that have used MYOB for years, recently they switched us to MYOB Business Pro which has proved to have many bugs. Taking many hours out of our business to try and sort this stuff has yet again proved very frustrating and mostly to no avail. What do you like best about MYOB? It is easy to make entries between different companies with the offset automatically going to the intercompany account. What do you dislike about MYOB? Limited inquiry abilities make it difficult to research and lookup information. No financial reporting outside of trial balances. What problems is MYOB solving and how is that benefiting you? An absolute joke!Since MYOBs automatic update I have experienced multiple problems using MYOB Essentials. For the past month I have called MYOB at least 20 times. 15 of which, I have waited more than 45 mins on hold only to be disconnected.I run a business and do not have time to waste waiting on the phone for nothing!Amanda is absolutely useless and has no empathy whatsoever. Help desk wait times appallingDespite promises that this would improve it is getting worse. Currently been waiting 1hour 13 minutes audio message tells be by estimated wait time another 40 minutes. Myob has no respect for the customers time

Never use MYOB software.

After being swapped over by MYOB to their new interface, I found that some invoices weren't connecting to the right business and worst of all that ALL my quotes had the incorrect (less) amounts to what was originally quoted. This was due to the quantity was not being carried over from the old system. Don’t buy myob!!

Myob software is fine. But the issue is with the management. Their agents have lied to me, telling me my version cannot be used and have to be upgraded. But in the end, its just that they cannot be autoverified, but can still be manually verified. Which is another weird thing where their software has to be ‘verified’ monthly to prevent people using it without paying for it. I dont see accpac doing that. Now i receive a email telling me its no longer supported and to buy new version... this ...

What do you like best about MYOB? There's really nothing to like about this software that was written years ago and dragged kicking and screaming into the modern era. If the developers had committed to going entirely online instead of this partial online/offline hybrid approach, then perhaps this would be a different review. What do you dislike about MYOB?
