A critical tool for collaborative work sessions

What do you like best? It is easy to share an anonymous link and have meeting participants jump into a board and contribute ideas without worrying about logging in. What do you dislike? It takes a while to get used to double clicking to get a new sticky notes and also zooming in and out and dragging around items without pulling the entire board with you.
