Great platform, innovative and intuitive.
What do you like best? Although Mural excelles in virtual collaboration, an essential part of how I collaborate and co-believe is in the preparation and setting up of activities and exercises. Mural stands out by allowing individuals the opportunity to create a specific structure for any use. What do you dislike? As with any remote collaboration tool, because of the missing physical context, it can be a challenge to monitor participant engagement. However, I want you to see if ...

Effective and powerful tool for brainstorming
What do you like best? Almost everyone is aware of Mural. There are uncountable pros of it. This amazing tool converts ideas into visual representations that can be easily shared with several other people. This tool gives me the chance for categorizing things. The thing which I strongly appreciate is the voting mechanism. It let us vote on particular ideas. This is proving to be helpful for remote workers. What do you dislike? Initially its mobile and tablet version seems to be ...

Highly recommend for remotely working teams
What do you like best? When the pandemic started, we were forced to work from home & remotely collaborate. We needed to look for online tools that would help us be more productively. Mural was one of the leading candidates. Key features like 'voting' & timers while collaborating simultaneously are key features for our workshops. I also like that we can expand the canvas to add more materials, sticky-notes, guides, and so on. What do you dislike? Mural suffers from some performance ...

It's very intuitive, easy to share and great to keep track of your collaborative projects.
What do you like best? It's easy to use and the learning curve is short What do you dislike? Sometimes it requires a lot of RAM and computers could get slow or stuck Recommendations to others considering the product: Have fun with it! Look at the videos and invite other people What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm doing workshops with clientes with it. I totally replaced post-its and paper with Mural

Amazing & Great remote experience !
What do you like best? - Flexiblity - User friendliness - Reactivity of the customer service - Integration features What do you dislike? - some issues with pdf export from time to time - not available on Android Recommendations to others considering the product: - Careful coaching of participants is required in the beginning to avoid digital divide - Set up a "sandbox" that future participants can access to in order to practice - Prepare a 20-30 min slot ...

I wish this shareable, collaborative tool for virtual & visual facilitation existed earlier...
What do you like best? There are so many things I love... Colorful Post-its in different sizes, Pictures & Text Clips, and Comments to be easily added and looked at from different perspectives, canvas templates for facilitation and most of all: the possibility to zoom in and out - from details to big picture - What do you dislike? I still haven't had enough time to practice to use efficiently all existing facilitation features (especially how to guide first time users and avoid ...

Clean and easy to use. I can train someone how to use Mural in 10 mins.
What do you like best? It is simple, but has enough features to make it effective. I also use Miro, but would not be able to train someone how to interact with the UI as quickly as Mural. Madison and others on the Mural support team are fantastic to work with, extremely helpful! What do you dislike? Some times we try to put too many individuals in a Mural board (50ish) and we notice a slow down in performance. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you use a ...

Excellent tool for independent consultants
What do you like best? It's very easy and straightforward to create a new project and start collaborating with clients. You can let them access shared boards with a single link. You can arrange your projects in private or public rooms and decide who gets access to what. If you're a consultant, you can apply to the MURAL Consultan Network and get access to a free workspace. What do you dislike? You can't crop embedded images (as you can do in Miro). Recommendations to others ...

I love that there are so many canvas available and you can edit or generate yours easily and quickly
What do you like best? What I find most useful is that MURAL is a collaborative tool that transforms the online experience into something even more enjoyable and interactive than the face-to-face experience. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is difficult to share the MURAL via email. If you do it through the link, the guests automatically enter as MEMBERS and that "eats" your bag of member users, which are few. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Make brainstorming and collaboration with your team fun!
What do you like best? What I like best about this tool is that it is an online whiteboard that also includes templates to help facilitate team meetings. They aren't meant to be dry or boring meetings - MURAL tries to make it fun. If you aren't sure how to facilitate a meeting, follow MURAL's outline on their templates to help guide you. There is a template for innovation which is what my company is working on currently to try to help us evolve. What do you dislike? Zooming in and ...
