Amazing tool for individual or group brainstorming.

What do you like best? Mural is an awesome tool for facilitating group brainstorming sessions. The simple process of getting everyone into the board via a url makes setup and introduction to the tool effortless. I also find that this helps colleagues who may be a bit reluctant at first at trying out a new tool to jump in and start contributing their thoughts and ideas. What do you dislike? On the other hand I wish that the plans for inviting guests or teammates to different mural ...

Mural opened a new space for my design thinking class

What do you like best? In the last version of my semi remote Design Thinking class I implemented the use of Mural and It helped the class a lot. Mural was vital for the enrichment of the virtual interactions. It was like having a virtual war room. Things that we enjoyed: guests could work synchronously or asynchronously, Mural has an internal chat to talk with other guests or members, you could put a timer for the sessions, you also could have a voting session, there is an activity log ...

Very user-friendly and visually appealing

What do you like best? I like the simplicity with which I can create beautiful presentations with built-in pictograms and a nice library of useful templates for prototyping or even note taking. Also the collaborative functions are awesome: working on something within a group is very easy and the experience is fun! The guides are very useful and that format is perfect for me, cause I can go to as many details as I want and can skip what I don´t need working with at my comfortable ...

Could even be used for co-located peers

What do you like best? The templates, the tools, ability to see each other collaborating, and removing the need for in-person paper transcription What do you dislike? Would like more options for the post-its and a way to more quickly integrate with the Post-It Note Plus app. Would also like the ability to upload your own custom made templates and offer them to others through some sort of sharing library or even if just for your own reference later without having to copy/paste from ...

Very good visual collaboration and moodboarding

What do you like best? I am a digital designer and it's my favorite visual collaboration tool, been using it since 2013 or so. I have been a paid user before, now I only use free because lately my tasks do not need the pro features, but would gladly pay for it again. My favorite aspect is being able to create a very complex mural with lots of imagens or moodboard and share with anyone with just a simple link. It's much easier than creating an image on photoshop or etc, which could ...

A powerful collaboration tool for facillitated workshops which is both high touch and high tech

What do you like best? Mural is a fun tool that, when combined with the appropriate hardware (our choice is microsoft surface hubs and studios), can contribute immensely to the productivity of a workshop. It's easy to learn (ultimately, if you can pinch and pan, you can use mural!). And participants in my workshop have been highly complimentary of what we've been able to accomplish! Direct quote from an executive sponsor: "The technology (i.e., mural on hubs) greatly enhanced our ability ...

Mural has become an indispensable tool for our distributed scrum teams

What do you like best? The tool is completely open and flexible, allowing for individual creativity and a broad spectrum of uses. It has solved a key need for distributed team collaboration, replacing previous attempts to share a physical whiteboard through video, screensharing, etc. One of the best features is the ability for many users to contribute to the board at the same time while seeing all others' updates in real time. What do you dislike? If you leave the screen ...

Easy to use and very handy

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to create a visual representation of meeting notes or a brainstorming session. Being able to search for, and drag on icons is so easy and smooth and helps take my flow-diagrams etc. to the next level! What do you dislike? I just wish they made exporting an area a little easier. I find the Area component a bit finicky but it's not too bad. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use Mural ...

A great tool for visual thinking and information management.

What do you like best? I love to rise above my records and glancing at them, to get insights and energy for new creativity. What do you dislike? This application is a dream and I like everything in the web version, but I do not have enough applications for androyd. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try this best app on the market. Applications analogues on the order behind Mural on all fronts. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Mural is my JAM!

What do you like best? virtual collaboration, "anonymous" sign-on, asynchronous and synchronous options, templates, colors, icons What do you dislike? The "print" options could be improved. Quality of the visuals is often compromised. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? virtual collaboration and brainstorming with distributed teams; visualization of concepts, ideas, strategy, planning; engaging distributed teams
