What do you like best? I have used many media/press databases in the last decade and Muck Rack has been one of the best experiences so far. What do you dislike? A lot of times articles generated in a reporter's profile are repetitive. I understand they are pulled from syndicated sources but I wonder if there is a way to streamline that and show only the original articles and just include a blurb saying "this article appear in X other outlets, click here to find out more." What do you like best? Up-to-date database, easy to use. Pitching feature is fantastic and I love being able to track open rates. What do you dislike? What do you like best? As a journalist myself, I find Muckruck informative on keeping up with fellow reporters-- as well as seeing where my articles have been aggregated and sent to wherever else as well. What do you dislike? There should be more options to follow links and see how far an article has reached as well as get a basic timeline for both the story and the author of the article. Very Reliable

What do you like best? It is such a reliable source for contacts. Often times when using other databases, they are outdated or do not have certain contacts. Muckrack on the other hand has every contact I could ever need and also list out their recent work which is a really great help when researching new outlets. What do you dislike? What do you like best? This is a very comprehensive aggregation product that allows you to see either yours or another journalist's body of work in one place, or to search a publication. What do you dislike? Journalists don't seem to be updated all that well. This may be a passive feature in which someone has to report that a journalist is no longer at the publication, but many of them seem out of date.
