What do you like best about Motive? Super easy to navigate through. Makes keeping up with logs super easy. What do you dislike about Motive? I dislike nothing. It's a great ELD. I have it in all my vehicles. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Motive has no problems in my opinion. I haven't had any issues since purchasing the ELDs as well as dash cam.

What do you like best about Motive? The Dashboard is very user friendly. Customer care and success reps are very helpful. What do you dislike about Motive? Dashcam footage could be longer. Any requested data or file is sent to your email instead of automatically downloading. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Their AI helps correct some issues in case there is a disconnect.

What do you like best about Motive? The ease and efficiency of the ELD product is topnotch, both from a driver's perspective and an administrator's perspective. The customer service is fantastic all on its own. Everyone is very knowledgeable and responsive. What do you dislike about Motive? It can take a while to wrap your head around the new technology involved in switching from paper logs. But that is a user struggle, not an equipment issue. No real complaints here.
