What do you like best about ModMed? I have been in healthcare for 27 years, this is by far the easiest and best software I have worked with. What do you dislike about ModMed? How you print medical records is time consuming. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? We have none at this time

What do you like best about ModMed? I like how Mod Med is always updating to make improvements or fix issues that users are experiencing. I also love the community feature where clients can ask others questions or suggestions and the ideas module that the community can vote on. I know Mod Med then takes top voted ideas to update in the future. What do you dislike about ModMed? Sometime the updates don't work properly prior to being released to users. What do you like best about ModMed? I love that it is user friendy.I Love being able to link appointments and send tasks . What do you dislike about ModMed? That it will only recall the last 10 patients and that recalls do not close themselves What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves the ability to link appointments and search for those linked appointment at the same time

What do you like best about ModMed? The versatility it brings when it comes to rooming patients. After getting used to the system and the various options it gives you, rooming patients can be completed easily and quickly. What do you dislike about ModMed? The amount of clicking some portions of Modmed require is tedious and can slow the work flow down if you don't know what you are looking for or doing. I wish there were fewer things you needed to click before getting to the end ...

What do you like best about ModMed? ModMed is great for keeping track of busy provider schedules, handling patient PHI and documents, and communicating with staff. What do you dislike about ModMed? The billing system could certainly be better. There are issues with claims not being sent and payments not posting properly. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? ModMed keeps all our files digitally in one place.

What do you like best about ModMed? Extremely user-friendly, multiple ways were designed to complete the same function so users can choose the best way for themselves.
