Kicking things off with SCCM.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Compared to the current set of tools we're using it's a lot more powerful and dependable. Logging from the tool allows for a clear idea on the problem whenever they come up. It's essentially a product from Microsoft. Microsoft System Center Review by an Engineer

What do you like best? It's an easy to use platform, integrates everything in one place, and collects all the data. What do you dislike? There are still a few bugs to kick out and there needs to be more user friendly interfaces - human designeed engineering tools. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows operations all to run through one platform easily and efficiently.
