SCCM is the jack of all trades!

What do you like best? I use this software daily. I use the Config Manager part of System Center. Helps me manage our equipment with fewer people and can keep all our PC's up-to-date on patching. I also love the fact that I can upgrade PC's to Windows 10 as we are moving from Windows 7 to 10. What do you dislike? SCCM is a huge learning curve. What do you like best? Ability to manage on-premise and cloud servers from a sngle set of tools What do you dislike? SCCM is Great!

What do you like best? I got my first taste of SCCM a few months back and it's already saving me time and resources. I can view the requester's screen and troubleshoot. Another great tool is the hardware and software resources. You can view the hardware without remoting into the system. For the software, you can inventory the applications. It saves me so much time!
