You can obviously deploy various flavours of Windows, as you'd expect, but you can also install varieties of Linux, ready configured appliances from lots of vendors and use features for platform as a service. I like the maintenance free response to our environment and ease of knowing updates, etc are being handled in a timely manner. What do you dislike?
