What do you like best about Mesh? It has capabilities to create goals abd mark progress on them. The best thing about the tool is that managers are able to review your comments and rate your performance alongside it. It has a good email notification channel which help me to keep updated.

What do you like best about Mesh? The dashboard of Mesh is a huge plus. We can view all the reporting subordinates in a single pane and know where the status is at any point in time.

What do you like best about Mesh? Getting into habit of documenting 1-1 and everything related to performance at one place. Though I was maintaining it at google docs earlier, but it helps in centralising everything at one place.

What do you like best about Mesh? Mesh easily allows managers and peers to evaluate employees based on various criteria areas. It makes it easy to track KPIs and progress toward goals, shows ways to praise/acknowledge colleagues, and displays updates in a feed-style visual for easy communication.

What do you like best about Mesh? The platform is highly useful to track HR related stuff. It reminds us of the 1:1 with our managers & helps us keep track of our Goals & KPIs

What do you like best about Mesh? I like being able to see what my goals are and to be able to track them as the year progresses. It's nice to also see what team member's goals are and how their goals are progressing.
