"Awesome tool for performance management of employees"
What do you like best about Mesh? The peer review features, the way to define OKRs and goals are awesome. You can tag along your team and re-use the goals for your entire team. These are one of the coolest features I have seen anywhere. The weightage feature to each goal also provides what we were looking for.
