The web analytics tool provided by Mapp (formerly Webtrekk) is very useful in our daily work understanding the user behaviour on our website and optimizing our marketing measures accordingly. What do you like best about Mapp Cloud? I like the flexibility in the tool to customize the analyizes, to create custom metrics and formulas as well as the options to share the reports. What do you dislike about Mapp Cloud? Limited options to visualize the data or to customize the used colors. What do you like best about Mapp Cloud? Very good support and very friendly in case you need help. What do you dislike about Mapp Cloud? Sometimes a little bit complicated to use, but there is always quick help if something is unclear. What problems is Mapp Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Newsletter marketing and recently also reactivation of our inactive newsletter subscribers.

MAPP Engage: easy to use very user friendly segmentation tool, whiteboards, statistics Good connection with MAPP Acquire (after set-up) What do you dislike about Mapp Cloud? Exports / campagin statistics are not 100% realisable if they are based on profiles (not on messages/campaigns) SMS tool is not 100% efficient (limits on statistics, not possible to make 2-way sms, pb on stop / unsubscribe) Html creation is still hard (CMS blocs not yet set up) A ...

They are continuously adding new features and improving site usability. Mapp is very flexible and is always finding ways to better our relationship.
