What do you like best? We used Mandrill to automate our transactional email for Lunker.com and help us get past spam filters. Their API instructions were a little hard to figure out at first, but after a few hours of reading we figured out that interfacing with Ruby was actually pretty simple. Great simple easy to understand tool

What do you like best? I setup is easy and can be done within few minutes. They have beautiful graph where we can see how many emails are sent each day their opens rate, spam rate is shown. Mandrill for business integration

What do you like best? I don't have the think about it as it provides so much automation for our business. What do you dislike? Works so well I rarely think about it

What do you like best? It works so well and runs in the background. What I like best is that I rarely have to think about it. It is also very handy when you need to check and see that What do you dislike? An easier way to remove unwanted domain verifications. I accidentally made a programming mistake at one point and it created nearly 100 domains in the list. The only way I see to remove them is one at a time. Mandrill handles transactional emails with ease.

What do you like best? Once set up, fairly intuitive. Easy to drop HTML coded emails into interface. Performs pretty much flawlessly and provides easy to use stats. It's also easy to find specific emails when someone claims "I never got it"! What do you dislike? Easy to use, lightweight, bugfree

What do you like best? Easy interface, Bug Free, easy reporting. Manages emails much better than native solutions and yet lightweight. What do you dislike? Not much.
