Every time I need to talk to a rep about a problem in the system, it takes me at least 40 minutes trying to convince them that there is an error that needs to be fixed. It is very difficult to get anything resolved because you're normally teaching the tech support while they're trying to learn how to fix the issue... What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain? The software itself is relatively easy to use. What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain? You have to use the entire system in order to see benefits. For example, if you don’t use the warehousing option, you have no way of separating lines in order to file EEI. Also, they don’t have the option to file a 7512 electronically, which is ridiculous in our industry, especially now that filing electronically is mandatory. What problems is Magaya ...
