As Customer Support its very easy to tell what the customers actually mean by seeing what they do on our site rather than just what they've put in a ticket as they usually don't mean what they say. What do you dislike about LogRocket? It would be helpful if I could see what customers see when they use our PowerBI dashboards as that can still be an issue if they are talking about something going wrong there and I cannot see where. What do you like best about LogRocket? I like all the customizable windows that are available when watching back sessions. The activity tracker and ability to control, pause, and speedup the logs allow for easy problem solving. What do you dislike about LogRocket? No issues so far! Finding the root of the problem - exactly when it happened and what the trickle effects are.

As a Product Designer, it is highly important for me to be able to see how our users are navigating through the interface, where they are clicking, where they are facing issues, so log rocket sessions is really helpful for that and easy to use. What do you like best about LogRocket? The page works very good! I have never had an error What do you dislike about LogRocket? It would be nice (although i know its not very easy) that the user sessions appeared even faster. Sometimes the user cannot be found by email.
