"Great tool for user experience data!"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to see someone's session to diagnose problems. What do you dislike about LogRocket? My issues are more around the people who implemented it at my company need to add more insights and develop dashboards. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? We are doing beta tests and I was able to find a session where someone received an error. Because we have session playback I was able to reproduce the issue.

What do you like best about LogRocket? Some things can only be solved when you can actually see what is going on and LogRocket really helps with that. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The basics are there, but there needs to be some fine-tuning when it comes to finding a specific part of a session. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me troubleshoot peoples session issues.

What do you like best about LogRocket? We use LogRocket for session replay and error tracking. Session replay has been invaluable for understanding what our customers are experiencing, as sometimes they will claim one thing but we see another. This has helped us to get everyone on the same page and resolve issues more quickly. Error tracking has also been helpful for identifying key areas where we need to improve and fix our software.
