"Essential Tool"
What do you like best about LogRocket? Access to the network requests and errors a user sees is always logged for review. I also like that we can search LogRocket entries by URL visited. That comes in handy for users that show up as anonymous. What do you like best about LogRocket? I like how I am able to easily troubleshoot customer issues and share links with our eng team. It is necessary to recreate the issue in order to remedy. "Great alternative to FullStory"
What do you like best about LogRocket? The session record and playback features are extremely useful when troubleshooting errors on the client. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Session playback does not work particularly well when done from a mobile browser. The page isn't mobile-friendly and refreshes randomly. "Logrocket removes the guesswork on what happened when a client reports a bug."
What do you like best about LogRocket? The screen recording with logs and HTTP requests gives us the full context to debug issues. Replaying the sessions has resolved countless bugs in record time. What do you like best about LogRocket? I love the recording and fast-forward abilities, allows for seamless review. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I dislike the ambiguity of some filters and the lack of an introductory tutorial for a user to check out at their own pace. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving user journeys and recognizing what content draws customers' attention on our site.

"Great tool for SAAS"
What do you like best about LogRocket? I love the fact that you can see api error and body directly from the video session of a user. It helps debug issues quicker. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I can't think of anything wrong, i love the tool. maybe you can do more bug reporting like bugsnag. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? I try to troubleshoot customer issues and resolve any tech issues on the front end.
