What do you like best about LogRocket? Logrocket is essential for all of the custom platforms our team has built. Our support team can watch users in real-time, or leverage the recorded sessions in order to troubleshoot. Logrocket has decreased the amount of time that it takes to look into an issue. "A crucial part of any web application's DevOps workstream."

What do you like best about LogRocket? We most love being able to gain insights about user usage by viewing recordings. I also use it to get rough numbers on the performance of features after they have made it to production by using advanced filters and segments. It also helps us a ton whenever we need to debug a usability issue, as it is currently the only way we can see "What a user saw." As a front end engineer, this is super helpful for me. "A Phenomenal toolset to help you manage your applications and customer experience"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Complete control over what you see and when, ensuring you can fully understand the user experience. What do you dislike about LogRocket? As yet, I have not found any downsides to Logrocket. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to fully understand how users interact with our enterprise system and Progressive Web Apps.

"Awesome obsevability tool"

What do you like best about LogRocket? The videos with console inputs, like custom logs, react integración with redux manager state. The integration with a other tools like Ammplitude, Slack, etc is awesome. What do you dislike about LogRocket? We have an issue with the videos, a litle bit of videos had dead style of css. "No brainer on every project"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Saves time and money on troubleshooting, and it only took us one line of code to get going on implementation. All the users need to do now is say when an issue occurred and we can look up the session. If we use it to shorten the turnaround time for patching even one bug a year the app is priced to match. Over the years of using Logrocket it has identified common development errors that we are now able to catch upstream before they even make it to prod. ...

What do you like best about LogRocket? Really easy to build metrics and track users on the product. Love the ease of use of creating dashboards and charts What do you dislike about LogRocket? It's very easy to get lost in all the stats and numbers, What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking our users and measuring if the experience is working for them

"Amazing tool to debug customer issues"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to see the DOM of the client, all the console.logs and all network requests is amazing! What do you dislike about LogRocket? No way to disable specific features, such as performance monitoring. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? LogRocket helps us solve customer issues and which are critical for our business success.

What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to see the whole session and having a better understanding of what's going on. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I do not have any issues with Logrocket. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to see customers' sessions to find out exactly what their issue is and why it happened.

"Nice tool to see user events in your product"

What do you like best about LogRocket? I love the feature where you can follow a users mouse and see what he clicked. It was easy for us to find bugs and see how users use our product. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I don't like that the tool is quite expensive per seat. We decided to keep logrocket access to a small number of people in our teams. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Seeing how users use our product.

Pricing for advanced tools like alerts and advanced filters is pricy.
