"LogRocket is invaluable in supporting customers"

What do you like best about LogRocket? We use LogRocket to help diagnose customer issues. It's amazing to see what customers were doing, what the network requests and what the logs were, all in synchronous. What do you dislike about LogRocket? You need a little effort to make it work in testing container environments. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? LogRocket provides the necessary data to demystify a customer issue.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about LogRocket? The dashboard is simple and easy to use and understand. Also, the setup is quick and simple. What do you dislike about LogRocket? There isn't anything to dislike about Logrocket. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Logrocket helps us understand how the end-user is navigating through our software. This helps us improve our UI and UX. We also use it to find bugs.

"Excellent tool for debugging"

What do you like best about LogRocket? When debugging issues it allows us to see the steps a customer took, the state the app was in and any errors that occurred. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The log filtering could be better, it's very basic now. Additionally, the dom recording feature is great but comes with a noticeable performance impact. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Reproducing and finding the root cause of bugs in our app.

"Every day you go without using LogRocket you are shooting yourself in the foot"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Rapid iteration. I can see UX problems/frustrations, solve them, deploy, and see the results immediately! MUCH less guessing than in the pre-LR days. It was VERY easy to get started, set up, and to pay. One competitor felt very enterprisey and wanted a sales call -- immediately I thought "Expensive and bloated. "Makes Debugging a breeze"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to see a users actions before an errors occurs makes the process of debugging so much simpler. With quite a complex system, and a lot of variables to consider, seeing exactly what they have done means we can recreate the errors with ease. What do you dislike about LogRocket? "LogRocket reduces our number of support cases almost daily"

What do you like best about LogRocket? I like that when a user has some problem with our web application, I can use LogRocket to see what he did and act from that. Either by improving the application, or I'm able to tell the user why he didn't get the expected outcome. What do you dislike about LogRocket? "Log rocket has helped solve problems we didn't know existed."

What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to see the network traffic along side a recording of the user session is invaluable - we can tell when the issue is user error, UX related, or a data error. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Sometimes the search/filtering on user sessions doesn't return the expected results and can take some trial and error. It's generally quite good though.
