What do you like best about LogRocket? Helps us troubleshoot issues before the users end up reporting things. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I do not like the menu with lots of projects. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? We can debug and troubleshoot our application remotely since we can see everything the users see.

What do you like best about LogRocket? All team members, regardless of technical knowledge, can research and view failures together. What do you dislike about LogRocket? There is a learning curve when it comes to utilizing filters effectively. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? The main problem LogRocket has solved is working out edge cases regarding intermittently failing and slow API calls.

What do you like best about LogRocket? The most difficult bugs to debug are the inconsistent ones that only sometimes happen. LogRocket's session replay captures when these bugs happen, giving me insight into the application's state when the bug occurs. No more questions about what specific steps the user took; it's all right there, including the network requests. What do you like best about LogRocket? It is easy to access and any person can learn to navigate LogRocket easily. The logs also show the error code for the Engineering team to investigate issues. What do you dislike about LogRocket? There isn't a timeline to view old logs of last year or last 6 months. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? LogRocket shows the activity logs/recordings of users on your SaaS platform that helps to troubleshoot issues.

What do you like best about LogRocket? I love using the various filters available in Logrocket. It makes diagnosing issues much easier and provides a better customer experience as a result. Can't think of any particular feature I do not like. Perhaps a limited view of the metrics dashboard at my plan level. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? We use LR for prod troubleshooting, incidents, and general user behavior research.

What do you like best about LogRocket? The console logging is in real-time sync with screen replay, unlike any other session replay tool in the market. This was a dealbreaker.
