"Fantastic session recording tool with great security features and extremely fair pricing."

What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket is the only session recording tool that is fully compatible with our stack, budget, and needs. It is useful for user research, customer support, as well as debugging, and can integrate beautifully with our other tools like Sentry and Intercom. We tried a few other products in this category and the only one that came close was orders of magnitude more expensive. What do you dislike about LogRocket? We have a hybrid web/mobile app and that can ...

"LogRocket is a Must-Have"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to see what's going on, on my site, is key to understanding what's going on. I see things that need to be fixed. I see a lot of things that aren't programming errors or bugs at all, but are stopping users from having the best experience -- or even making them decide not to sign up! What do you dislike about LogRocket? There aren't any. There are always feature requests you can come up with. I'd like to see a button to back up the video ...

"Easy to debug erros on frontend"

What do you like best about LogRocket? I can watch the user sessions and identify the problems on the front end. I like the timeline with all requests and also the issue panel. Log rocket is easy to understand. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The 'All Issues' panel should show more issues; sometimes, the problem appears on the user session but doesn't appear on the All Issues panel. Be able to receive a slack notification on networks error. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is ...

"Simple and works"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Watching sessions + being able to filter sessions based on certain props. What do you dislike about LogRocket? It does not work with canvas html element. We have heavy usage of canvas in our application and not being able to see those elements decreases the insights we get What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Understand what users are doing inside the app, where they get confused, what flows they look into. It's a great ...

What do you dislike about LogRocket? I dislike the limits on parameters with LogRocket or how frequently some parts of the site are down. "Behind the Fantastic tool is a great team!"

What do you like best about LogRocket? We can view the entire user experience, every click, and every paint point (the good and the bad). This helps us improve our user journey by being able to see how our products are being used in live motion by real customers. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The tool seems to have a lot of lag and slow session loading time. Some sessions take a while to render and the page can time out. The tool changes a lot so it can be hard to keep up with all ...

"An intuitive way to fix bugs."

What do you like best about LogRocket? Know all user actions from server request to client-side What do you dislike about LogRocket? Loading time is sometimes not very good. It's not mobile-first and seems to be a bit heavy. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? I can better understand what happened in the user's session, even using the dev console and without needing to be close to the user.
