What do you like best about LogRocket? I love the ability to see what users are doing and having the flexibility to dig into the dom of their actual experience so that I can understand why issues might exist. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I wish that session data was more expansive and that the tools for filtering were a bit heftier. "Simple to use and extremely helpful"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Speeds up troubleshooting considerably. . What do you dislike about LogRocket? Filters can be tricky if you're looking for something specific. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Working in support, the most useful feature is definitely session replay. Customers can be quite vague about the issues they are facing so it helps us replicate the issues in an easier and faster way.

"Very useful tool"

What do you like best about LogRocket? We use LogRocket for our internal ERP platform to help identify bugs when they happen and provide as much information to our developers as possible. Sometimes it's really hard to tell if an issue was a bug or user error and with LogRocket we can always rewind and find out exactly what happened as well as provide those replays to our developers. "It is really amazing to be able to reproduce the behaviour of the user visually"

What do you like best about LogRocket? the session reply re-consistruaction is amazing and it really helped us to understand a lot of issues happening to the users in the production environemnt where logs alone were not enough.
