What do you like best about LogRocket? Our most valuable feature is the ability to play back the recorded end-user experience. Oftentimes customers can't precisely explain what they are seeing and experiencing in enough detail to identify and fix issues or improve the experience. "Great Experience"
What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket has been super helpful in solving many of our tickets. It allows us to see what the users were doing at the time an issue occurred in the system. It has greatly increased our ticket closure rate. What do you dislike about LogRocket? There are certain cases with LogRocket where it's not clear what the user is doing. What do you like best about LogRocket? - We have customer tickets filed with LogRocket session replay link attached. CS, Product, and Developers jump into session replays to understand the issues by checking network logs, metrics on CPU, memory, query latency, etc. - Very easy to build dashboards and funnel analytics using DOM elements, clicked buttons, visited URLs. "Easy and affordable for frontend QZ"
What do you like best about LogRocket? The ability to quickly see any problems before Engineers (in the case of fast paced start-p). Also great price. What do you dislike about LogRocket? FullStory does have more features, but not worth it at price. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? - Bugs and understanding which features users are interested in.

"Excellent customer support tool"
What do you like best about LogRocket? Logrocket helps the customer support team by removing doubt about what happened on the end user side. The customer support team can clearly see if the errors encountered are user errors or actual bugs by reviewing the steps the user took and seeing the console live. "Very helpful analytical and reviewing tool, easy to use and simple to navigate."
What do you like best about LogRocket? I use LogRocket every day for my work to review taxpayers sessions to see where and when they have issues using our software product. Really easy to catch when the issue happened and I like the tools available to navigate it easier like different video playback speeds. What do you dislike about LogRocket? What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket makes it so easy to pinpoint customer trouble spots within our software. I use it on the support team to determine what someone is experiencing.
