What do you like best about LogRocket? The tool tackles both the need for us to watch customers behaviors and also catch bugs and errors. "Absolutely essential for any product designer"
What do you like best about LogRocket? I can see real usage in action. Every day. Fresh. Based on the current product version. I can also find problems to fix without even looking because Log Rocket's feature set bubbles it up for me. It isn't easy to study users without Log Rocket. "Possibly the best way to understand your customer journey"
What do you like best about LogRocket? What I like best about log rocket is to be able to follow customers as they use the system, look them over the shoulder. When we introduce a new feature everyone is always in doubt of how the customer will use it. After every code-deployment we use the next days and weeks checking the logs, and we often get surprised with how end-users utilize the feature. What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket is an integral tool for our product development. It allows us to replay user sessions and narrow in on hard-to-reproduce bugs and user behavior. Session replay allows us to pair factual data and actions with user feedback to triage and quickly find the root of a user's problem. "Invaluable tool for support teams!"
What do you like best about LogRocket? The Intercom integration is pretty smooth. I love how an Intercom icon shows in the playback feed indicating when the user wrote into chat. That helps quickly narrow down where the issue the user is inquiring about starts. What do you dislike about LogRocket? This may be possible and I am just not aware, but it would be nice to show a message when I search for a user by email and they have no sessions due to AdBlock software or something similar. What ...

What do you like best about LogRocket? I like to use Funnels most. It helps me to understand if our hypotheses on the Product are valid. What do you like best about LogRocket? Session Recording and ability to integrate with other tools. What do you dislike about LogRocket? React native support especially with expo. Seems sourcemap and dSym is not supported and/or not documented much on the website What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?
