What do you like best about LogRocket? As a support engineer, LogRocket is essential for providing the information necessary to debug app errors reported by end users. Being able to step through a session and see the network requests, console messages/errors and see the user's actions make the difference between quickly debugging an issue and a protracted email chain trying to get all the necessary information to handle the ticket. What do you like best about LogRocket? Extremely easy setup. The session capture works as advertised with almost zero configuration. The session capture makes reproducing and diagnosing support issues a much easier task. What do you dislike about LogRocket? You have to be careful not to capture any sensitive data that you don't want to be logged; it's possible to disable capturing some data with custom code but it's easy to overlook.
