What do you like best about LogRocket? Log Rocket recordings of live user interaction show where my users struggle with the system and help me define features that will improve my application. When a user escalates a technical query with us, I have logrocket that helps pinpoint a specific issue. It's vital to be put in the users shoes in this scenario.

"Powerful tool for customer success, especially mobile"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Mobile session replay is critical for us since we are a mobile-first company. We also have a web app so the web sessions are also very nice. What do you like best about LogRocket? Logrocket allows us to watch our users' workflow and see any issues they have. If a bug is reported, I can go in and watch what happened so we can fix the problem even if we cannot duplicate it in our development environment. What do you dislike about LogRocket? What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to see someone's session to diagnose problems. What do you dislike about LogRocket? My issues are more around the people who implemented it at my company need to add more insights and develop dashboards. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? We are doing beta tests and I was able to find a session where someone received an error. Because we have session playback I was able to reproduce the issue.
