"Great Tool for Troubleshooting"

What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket is super helpful when troubleshooting issues on the website. Whenever we hear of customers having issues, we don't need to get as much information out of them as long as we have some basic details on when they visited the website. We then do all the research in understanding what happened to the user and are able to create bug tickets from this. We have solved multiple bugs using this approach and even enhanced our website based on all the ...

"Incredible Insights"

What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket allows us to better understand how customers are using our product and where they are getting stuck. These insights motivate a number of decisions that we make as a business. What do you dislike about LogRocket? No issues with LogRocket. If I am being picky, I'd like to see native slack alerts associated with specific "saved segments" within the platform. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? When users access our ...

"Invaluable tool for getting the customers side of things"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Backtracking and/or finding errors or misuses of our system. Going through it from the customers view also makes it easier for us to see if we should make changes to our UI. (Also the posibility for DOM view rocks!) What do you dislike about LogRocket? I haven't come across something that I dislike after familiarizing myself with the system. Hope I get more time to spent on trying to make some dashboards. I guess I could make it easier for myself with ...

"Important component of our technical support"

What do you like best about LogRocket? It gives us a better understanding of the issue by seeing exactly when the error happened and what events went on in the backend. What do you dislike about LogRocket? It would be helpful if it displayed the exact timestamp of wherever the cursor is in the timeline. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Identifying user pain points and speeding up bug resolution.
