What do you like best about LogRocket? Tracing user painpoints and detecting failures in specific scenarios. What do you dislike about LogRocket? So far it has provided me with what I needed. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? In many cases we see logs of errors we do not understand. Logrocket helps us reproduce the scenario. It also helps us to better understand what is easy ot find and what is harder.

"The best way to understand user behavior"

What do you like best about LogRocket? The setup was smooth, in 2 minutes I just add some lines of code from their documentation and was able to see how user are using my application. What do you dislike about LogRocket? So far I'm using the free tier, the costs is a little salty for Brazilian market What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? As LogRocket can reproduce any clicks in the interface, it is easy to understand if the user is understanding the product flow.

"Easy and simple to use"

What do you like best about LogRocket? easy to track and see how users are interacting with the application. especially the session view. What do you dislike about LogRocket? just trying to get my head around the metrics. used to google analytics so i end up relating to that. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? how userse are interacting and when they have issuse, see what they were doing.

Being able to view a session and watch a user's activity combined with the time-synced logs and additional device data helps provide detail when problems occur that you typically wouldn't have without involving the end-user. "No more gueswork"

What do you like best about LogRocket? You can easily see the errors happening on the screen. I do not know how we managed before this tool. Also you learn how your users use your app just watching the replays. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I would like to have an option to tag recordings, for example to see some user behaviors or UI problems later. "Easy to use and check the user experience"

What do you like best about LogRocket? I believe that the best thing about is that I can see network requests as long as the payload and the response. also, it shows in the screen how the user interact with the website. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I'd prefer that the filers for sessions would be better. I'd also love to see improve experience for custom filters without need to save them.
