"Unbelievable product with near infinite insights"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to see users' sessions is a game changer in its own right, but the way that is integrated with other features to do detailed analytics, highlight errors, filter between devices & regions make it an incredibly powerful tool for our company to generate user insights for our product. What do you dislike about LogRocket? At times, it can be a little slow to load and sometimes we have issues with not all our user sessions appearing. It would also ...

"LogRocket is a must have tool for any startup that has their product live"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Its extemely easy to use and intuitive, you log in and inmediately know what you have to do. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I guess I could say pricing, but its worth it. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? We can spot bugs in seconds and be able to address them quickly. I'm able to give users a sense that we are on top of everything and they can trust us that we are working hard to make sure they software is always ...

"How LogRocket help me to understand customers and save time"

What do you like best about LogRocket? The best thing is that you can see in detail everything customers do. This helps a lot because I can save a lot of time: instead of waiting for customers to answer mi their problems, I can see their session in LogRocket and know immediately the problem they have. What do you dislike about LogRocket? What I don´t like is that I have to see every session to find the problem they have. It would be great if LogRocket could detect the mistakes and could ...

"I am an account manager and customer success."

What do you like best about LogRocket? How helpful it is to help customers find the true issue and work from there, rather than asking team members for extra support or emailing back and forth multiple times with the custoemr. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Some parts of logrocket are more for the engineers and difficult for me to understand. I purely use the information provided based on lookin at the videos. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? I love ...

"Log Rocket is great!"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Log Rocket is a cloud-based tool used by support to retrieve a visual representation of a user's session(s). We can search by user email, visited URLs and even what someone clicked on. The implementation on Salsify’s side consists of a few pieces of code embedded within the page to trigger LogRocket’s recording functionality. Once triggered, the user’s session is submitted to LogRocket and can be viewed within their application. What do you dislike ...

"Fantastic program for team and client visibility and support"

What do you like best about LogRocket? This is a fantastic program for team and client support whilst we built a new webapp. Being able to see the exact paths that lead to certain system or user error saves a lot of time in trying to reproduce the same issues and assists us in servicing our clients in a proactive manner. It is also great for team collaboration, being able to send the link across and watch the sessions together. What do you dislike about LogRocket? One suggestion (this may ...

"Great tool for Sessions replay and Troubleshooting"

What do you like best about LogRocket? We are using LogRocket mainly for Sessions replay and Troubleshooting and that's great! It easily integrates with Intercom, so we can see user session wright from the chat. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Still need to explore all features, so far nothing that I dislike. Sometimes not all UI elements are captured correctly, but it does not affect our usecase. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Better understanding ...

"Useful tool for UX research or if you just like to stalk your users."

What do you like best about LogRocket? I like that we can filter the sessions by what the user types in the fields of a form. Name or email of registered user is always useful. Also you can see the frustrations of the users by looking into raged clicks or errors. I also filter by URL path to analyze users who interacted with a specific step of a form. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I consider upgradind to the Pro plan a bit pricey, since we might not use all of the features there, we ...
