"We launched a month ago and LogRocket really helped us to see the UX problems we were having."
What do you like best about LogRocket? Session Replay is really helpful to track UX issues and the customer success dashboards are really useful too. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Feedback module is not in Pro plan, for now just that. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Is helping us get usage metrics and fix bugs and UX problems.

"Easy and Effective"
What do you like best about LogRocket? Session replay and console debugging. And ease of implementation. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Automated notifications are not so straight forward. I want alerts for all types of issues. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Understanding how users interact as well as the ability to debug production issues.

What do you like best about LogRocket? The fact that I can see everything a user has done including network requests and errors has made tracking bugs and user interactions so much easier. What do you like best about LogRocket? I love how I can go in and see what a user was having trouble with just before they reported a problem. It's so easy when its integrated with Salesforce becasue it automatically gives me the LogRocket session that shows what the user was doing.
