What do you like best? We've used the program for over 5 years with great results. Its easy for our clients to give us access to their system and it allows us to handle more service calls during the day. We have many computers on unattended access which also works out great for handling our clients with Servers. What do you dislike? An awesome tool that aids in remote assistance!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how you get to do things differently in initiating client sessions. This can be in the form of an e-mail, hyperlink, SMS, or PIN. Each session is seamless. Things are uber easy to control and navigate regardless of the device you're using. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Nothing much really. A great resource in linking with customers and helping them out in real-time.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how I can hop on a phone with a customer. Then offer them a link through my e-mail. Or if that's not the case, a 6-digit pin number to directly connect with them. It's really convenient to utilize. What aspects are problematic or could work better? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? LogMeIn software allows me to use scripts and to run programs and files immediately. Allows me to use file transfer and to get over other files.
