Clunky Program But Great Features
What do you like best? I love the ability to add unattended access to any computer I need so that I can access them with out the users completing the connection process each time. Really cuts down on frustration. What do you dislike? Some side features seem really clunky and inefficient. The file transfer protocol is difficult to navigate for example. Log Me In to the Rescue!
What do you like best? The quick access for our clients to be able to access assistance from our technicians is perfect. The ability to reboot, have root access, blackout screens for certain processes that base level users should not be able to use, copy and paste from my terminal are great too! What do you like best? the ability to remote control for a computer not on our network What do you dislike? The cost of Logmein is a bit higher than i would want to spend. does not integrate with our current ITSM ticketing system What problems are you solving with the product? LogMeIn Helps me help my peers
What do you like best? I like that I'm able to easily remote into anyone of my coworkers PCs and figure out how to help What do you dislike? Sometimes the application can feel laggy or take a few minutes to establish a connection to the end user's machine. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our company has locations spread across 5 states, it would be next to impossible to service all employees without something like LogMeIn

Great functionality for team member support not on the network
What do you like best? Ease of use is the number one - quick and easy for team members to use and feel secure that the connection being given is to the support desk What do you dislike? For team member support for those who are on the network it would be useful to have the tool restricted to only be functional from with then network for real security What problems are you solving with the product? LogMeIn Rescue gives us the tools to remotely help.
What do you like best? LMI Rescue is great for connecting with users and providing high-level customer support. Through a simple download and install process, you can be connected with a customer's computer to troubleshoot and help them resolve various issues. You can also send files back and forth as needed or share URLs through a simple macro programming so that you can quickly help a user find answers to common questions. What do you like best? The software was capable of fast connections for quick resolution of user issues. Users were always aware of who they were connecting with. The chat feature was responsive and screenshots were easy to store. What do you dislike? Works most of the time
What do you like best? Logmein Rescue is easy to use and creating link for clients to use is easy. Transferring files is simple and intuitive, setting up access on client machines is pretty straight forward, and saving access to clients machines is simple and transparent. What do you dislike?
